About Us
Steps to beginning your Care Journey:

01

Call Today

Call us today for a free, no obligation visit from one of our care specialists to discuss and assess your care needs. We can carry out this visit whether you are currently in your own home, in hospital or in a residential care home.

Care calls can range from 30 minutes to multiple hour. We tailor each package to meet individual needs.

02

Initial Assessment & Plan

A trained member of our team will visit you to consult with you and carry out an assessment of your requirements, and discuss your wishes, aspirations & goals.

On completion, a personalised care & support plan will be agreed with you. This plan can be added to over time, in keeping with your needs and wishes.

These will aim to support you in the following ways:

  • Encourage and support you to live independently.

  • To have as much control over your own life as possible.

  • To participate in society as you would wish.

  • To have access to hobbies, interests and family life.

  • Ensure you have the best possible quality of life.

  • To respect your dignity and self-determination.

  • To help identify and meet your goals.

Individualised Care Plans

We offer a range of services to meet Complex Needs.

Our Services

Home Care

With our home care services, we aim to provide a versatile & discrete service in order to cause minimum disruption to your home life. Rather than change what you or your loved one are used to, we tailor our services to sensitively fit around your needs, your routines and your aspirations.

Short Breaks

At Tutela, we know how important it is for everyone to have a break or some time to relax and have fun.

At Tutela, we offer support to carers who are trying to understand and come to terms with the implications of their loved one's diagnosis.

Support for Carers & Delegates

At Tutela, we recognise how hard it can be to meet new people, make friends and do the things you really want to do.

Social Inclusion

We are signed up to the long-term care benefit (LTCB) scheme which is organised by adult social services and social security (Customer and Local Services). To see the government of Jersey website for information about the Long Term Care Scheme please Click here.

We also have set charge rate for people supported under private care arrangements based on a standard rate of £29 per hour for 2023. This rate applies to daytime care, night-time care, and weekends. (Bank holiday rates are x 2). A sleep-in service is available for clients who require this level of care, at £75 per night. A full breakdown of costs will be provided as part of our initial assessment, you can rest assured there are and will be no hidden costs.
