Steps to beginning your Care Journey:

Call Today
Call us today for a free, no obligation visit from one of our care specialists to discuss and assess your care needs. We can carry out this visit whether you are currently in your own home, in hospital or in a residential care home.
Care calls can range from 30 minutes to multiple hour. We tailor each package to meet individual needs.

Initial Assessment & Plan
A trained member of our team will visit you to consult with you and carry out an assessment of your requirements, and discuss your wishes, aspirations & goals.
On completion, a personalised care & support plan will be agreed with you. This plan can be added to over time, in keeping with your needs and wishes.
These will aim to support you in the following ways:

Individualised Care Plans
We offer a range of services to meet Complex Needs.
Our Services
We are signed up to the long-term care benefit (LTCB) scheme which is organised by adult social services and social security (Customer and Local Services). To see the government of Jersey website for information about the Long Term Care Scheme please Click here.
We also have set charge rate for people supported under private care arrangements based on a standard rate of £29 per hour for 2023. This rate applies to daytime care, night-time care, and weekends. (Bank holiday rates are x 2). A sleep-in service is available for clients who require this level of care, at £75 per night. A full breakdown of costs will be provided as part of our initial assessment, you can rest assured there are and will be no hidden costs.
